Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cancellation of an order is only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to Posarini's discretion. Please note that orders that have been restocked specifically for a customer cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-4 business days.

Domestic Shipping Policy
The domestic shipping will be handled by DTDC and the shipping time/ any issues related to shipping is solely the courier partner's responsibility and Posarini will not take any liabilities for missing/ lost parcel. However we will try our best to provide all the support.

Return Policies
We only entertain return requests for damaged products. In order to process a return, customers must provide a 360-degree opening video of the package as proof of damage. Thank you for your understanding. Customer will have to arrange for the shipping themselves to send it back to Posarini.

International Shipping Policy
The internaytional shipping will be primarily handled by UPS (unless you have other preference) and the shipping time/ any issues related to shipping is solely the courier partner's responsibility and Posarini will not take any liabilities for missing/ lost parcel.
